How To Fire your boss

How to Fire Your Boss!

It has consistently been shown that most people would like to start a home business to make extra money or to even get rid of their job altogether! They want the freedom of being able to work whenever or wherever they want to. Does this describe you? One reason that many people do not go into business for themselves is because they are stuck in a rut mentally! They feel that they are controlled by their bosses or circumstances and they feel that it would take too much time and effort to make money in their own business; and it is easier to just get a paycheck every two weeks and have a sense of security. Now if you are truthful with yourself, you already know that there is no security when you work for someone else. They can always get rid of you at any point for any reason. Some of people even complain that they are too tired to do anything by the time that they get home! They have responsibilities of getting dinner ready, helping the kids with homework, etc. This is what I call living a life of quiet desperation; you know that you need to make a change, but you don’t because you begin to believe your own excuses!

Watch my video and read the rest of this post to find out what it takes to fire your boss!!

If you are sincerely serious about firing your boss, you must first stop making excuses for yourself and take action. The fact that you are here reading this post shows your initiative to make a change in your life, and you should congratulate yourself for taking this first step on firing your boss!

The Internet is a place that is filled with endless possibilities and it is very easy to find a business model such as Network Marketing that makes money for anyone as long as they put in the effort to learn and work hard. To be successful in Network Marketing, or any business for that matter, you must first believe in yourself, that you can succeed, and believe that you will be able to free yourself from the shackles of your 9-5 job! After all, if you want something badly enough, you will go all out and find the means to achieve your goals.

Working Part Time with A Full Time Mentality

One of the biggest reasons why people fail at Network Marketing (or fail to break out of their rat race) is because of a flawed mindset towards Network Marketing. Yes, it is true that you have to spend the remainder of the hours you have left after work to build your business part time, but that does NOT mean that you will adopt a part time or half-hearted mentality towards your business. I call this having a business owner mindset. If you are willing to put 8-12 hrs. a day to build someone else’s dream, why would you not want to put a couple hours per week of effort into your own business to build your own?

Let’s use this simple analogy to explain my point…

Let’s assume that an airplane takes off at 150 MPH. You will need to ‘drive’ at a certain speed before the plane develops enough speed to take off. Do you think the plane will be able to fly itself off the ground if you are only traveling at a 100MPH? Of course not! It will not take off even if you are driving at 140 MPH! Network Marketing is just like this. You will need to work at your business for a few hours a week to develop a certain momentum before you will see the results. By being consistent and having a business owner’s mindset, you will begin to develop the necessary knowledge to build your business through trial and error (try, fail, adjust). With the consistency that you build your business and having a business owner mindset, you will begin to show others that you are committed to your future and dreams. You will gain a reputation as a person that they can trust and follow and they will want to join your Network Marketing business because of you! After all, no one wants to join a Network Marketing business opportunity with a half-hearted business owner– especially if they know that you are not truly committed.

The most important thing you must remember is the only thing that is holding us back is ourselves. I have offered my business opportunity to many people who thought Network Marketing was a great idea all while saying that they really want to get rid of their job, but they never took action, and today they are still stuck in their rut of a 9 to 5 job.

Are you serious about your dreams and your goals? If you treat your Network Marketing business like a real business, you will be able to fire your boss in no time!

For those of you reading this post who are ready to take action and are committed to firing your boss, I am willing to show you how you can turn that desire into a reality. Stifle your career and business success

7 Failure Expressions That Will Stifle Your Career and Business

You probably know people who just can’t seem to push ahead in their career or who have never started a business or led large groups of people, they all seem to mimic the same speech patterns. They talk the same negative language. Here are 7 failure expressions that will stifle your career and business that they always use. Identify this negative talk in others, or in yourself, and you’ll find the kink in your business or career growth.

1. “That’s Impossible”

Unsuccessful people are always pointing out what is not possible. They look for the negative in every situation and why something will not work. They will see a business opportunity and look for every reason why it will fail rather than how it can work or benefit them. At work, they sit in boardroom meetings and shoot down every good, out-of-the-box thought or idea and would rather stick to how it has always been done. They lack vision and live in a world of impossibilities; they have a can’t-do attitude and they are sinking their own ship of success.

2. “I can do it by myself”

When you hear someone on your business team or a colleague at work insisting how they can finish a project or can build a business better without any help from other employees or partners, take note: That person is going to slow things down and is ruining the project or growth of his or her business. He or she will not create an atmosphere of success but has only his or her ambition in mind. Ironically enough, unsuccessful people are always those who push their own agenda and don’t see the value of teamwork or other ideas other than their own. That’s the very thing that ruins their career or business. Look for the help or ideas of a mentor or other colleagues to help you reach your goals.

3. “I have a problem with that”

Nitpickers never prosper. Have you ever worked with someone who would always find a problem and then over focus on it? Unsuccessful people will beat the problem to a pulp pointing the finger at any and everyone who could have caused it. They never look at themselves as being part of the problem. Furthermore, they don’t want to solve the problem at hand. Ideas and solutions will be turned down because they are only focused on the problem rather than the solutions. Either work to solve the problem or accept it. Continuing to harp on the issue at hand will only bring the business team or work atmosphere down.

4. “I like my own idea better”

Have you noticed how people at work or in business sometimes like only their own ideas? It is a sign of selfishness and shows an inability to embrace the team objective. Those who like and promote only their own ideas are severely limited, because none of us can achieve success with only our own ideas. Imagine trying to build a company by never entertaining any other ideas? Your company will only grow as far as you can think. We all need to receive differing ideas that we may not have thought about. Collaboration always propels a company forward. In this case, it can propel your career or business forward.

5. “Let me check my schedule first”

Ah, yes, the “I’m busy” syndrome! If someone always insists on checking his or her schedule for availability, that person is inhibiting their career or business success. It might be a valid excuse, but it could also be a way to avoid being helpful and taking action. In my experience, when someone is always referring to their schedule, it usually means that person is sending a message about being too busy. He or she says, “Let me check ‘my’ schedule” instead of figuring out how they can take the necessary action to accomplish a task or goal. Let’s face it, we are all busy doing something and we all have been granted 24 hours in a day. However, is what you are “so busy” doing getting you closer or further from your goals? Successful people know and understand how to prioritize their schedules so that they can accomplish the things that will help them get to their ultimate goal first, and then arrange to complete the other tasks. Sometimes, it’s better to just jump on an opportunity and worry about reorganizing your priorities and schedule later. Oftentimes, that opportunity that you are too busy for will come to you only once. You may have just missed out on what you were looking for because you were, “too busy!”

6. “You must be wrong about that”

This phrase is a red flag on the road to success because the person saying it is assuming the people he or she works with or partners with don’t know anything; the person believes there is only one “right” person, and it is them! That’s rarely the case. Instead, it’s a sign of success when you admit that you need help. It’s better to accept that others might be right about something and accept your own limitations. This allows for a culture of growth and transparency. Nobody is always right regardless of how many degrees they have. Admit when you are wrong or don’t know something and you will be more respected than if you act like you are the one who is always right.

7. “I can’t”

Unsuccessful people like to talk about what they can’t do. Starting a business or furthering your career means embracing the fact that there will be countless roadblocks and situations that come up that will seem like you can’t overcome them. Instead, talk about what you can do! People will tell you what is not possible, but when anyone starts using the word can’t, it means trouble. They have given up. Reprogram your mind to help you work around the roadblocks and situations by saying “how can I” instead of saying “I can’t.” This simple rephrasing of words will help you creative juices start flowing and help you come up with solutions to your challenges.

Success in your career or business is just as much about your thought process and speech patterns as it is doing the physical actions to reach your goals. Learn and develop a success thought pattern and speech that will give you the edge over being average to becoming successful. If you utilize the phrases and expressions that I have pointed out, you will separate yourself from the masses of mediocrity and fulfill the goals and visions for your career or business.

Multiple ways to make money

The Importance of a Second Income

You have heard the same information on your local news about jobs being cut and the slim chances of the economy taking a turn for the better. Many people are simply holding on for the ride or sticking their heads in the sand and hoping that everything gets better.

But why put your fate into the hands of political officials to make decisions on the economy for you and your family? Why not develop another way to make income outside and away from your current profession, career, or school? There are benefits to making money and starting your own home based business.

Having multiple streams of income allows you to not only generate more income to your bottom line, but it also helps you prepare for a rainy day. God forbid you or your significant other get laid off from your job, what happens then? Do you have a game plan? I would hope that you are not one of those individuals that think “it couldn’t happen to me.” As I’m sure you are well aware, it can.

So how can you create a secondary source of income when you are topped out on time and may even be working two jobs? What I have found as a great way to make money is to leverage my time with a business system where you can make money even when you are not there. In other words, the income is not solely based on your efforts!

There are many ways to make additional income and I am not professing that there is only one way to do that. I am however, urging you to take some serious thought into having multiple streams of income. You will be thankful you did in the years to come.

Find out more about what my wife and I do! We love to partner with ambitious people who want more out of life.

Do You Have a Financial Safety Net?

Over the past several years, many people have endured demoralizing corporate lay-offs or downsizing. In fact, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that as of 2013, 11.3 million people are unemployed. That is a frightening statistic. Are you one of those millions?
The sad part of this scenario is that most of these individuals did not have a “plan-B” or a safety net that they could fall back on if they ever lost their job. Now that they have gotten laid of, they have to scramble to try to find some work in order to keep the lights on and food on the table! More times than not, they end up taking a job that pays them less than what they were making before just so they can have some type of income. Not a good situation, is it?
What about you? Do you have a safety net? I’m sure you are thinking that you have a good job and are on the fast track for growth within your company. I have heard that all too often only to then hear that there was a corporate takeover and the new company is bringing their staff in with them. Maybe you have a bunch of money in your savings account (not many do) and you can go for a period of time without any income. Can you go 90 or 120 days with no income? You have worked hard and have been very disciplined in order to save money so why would you want to have to resort to using it in order to survive before you retire?
I recommend that you develop a secondary stream of income. You can not expect to work with one company for the next 30-40 years and retire with any financial dignity. It just doesn’t happen like that anymore. Having a secondary income can be done in your spare time. It does not have to interfere with your current career or family time. This can be done on your own accord with as much or as little effort as you would like to put in. Think about it, if you could make an extra $2,000/month in your spare time, would that help things around the house? CouldID-100199996 you start to get out of debt quicker? Travel more? Be able to keep your current standard of living if you got laid off? Now you can make more or less per month, but I’m just using that number as an example to get you to think about why it would be a good idea to make extra money outside of your career.
If you have not thought about having a safety before, I would encourage you to do so. We can’t predict the future, but we can make every effort to make it more secure regardless of what happens. My wife and I have helped hundreds of individuals and families create a secondary source of income as a safety net. Why Network Marketing Makes Sense!

Network Marketing has a long, storied history that dates back to the 1950’s. Over the years it has gotten both good and bad publicity. Recently, however, many people are beginning to understand how Network Marketing can be a very simple and low risk way to make money.

Network Marketing can basically be defined as a company that sells goods or services or both who has distributors that sell the product to the market place via word of mouth. This cuts down the advertising expense to the company and allows the distributor to make the profits that the company would normally use on advertising. The second component to Network Marketing is the ability to add other distributors into their network who do the same thing. When other distributors sell a product, everyone in that network gets a small percentage of the profits. Does this sound familiar? McDonald’s uses the same concept. When Ray Kroc started with McDonald’s, he only had two stores. Understanding the law of duplication, Ray began offering an opportunity to entrepreneurs to purchase a store and he would provide all of the training and supplies. In exchange, the owner of the store was able to keep 98% of the earnings and gave Ray the additional 2%. This was a great deal for both parties involved. The store owner made a lot of money and as more and more stores opened up, Ray made a lot of money. Would your like to have 2% of a million dollars duplicated over and over? That is the essence of Network Marketing. Now that you have an understanding of how Network Marketing works, let’s discuss why it makes sense for the average individual to use it as a way to make money. It is important to understand that Network Marketing is  not for everybody. Then again, what is?

There are tons of Network Marketing companies out there that have many different products. From electronics to phone services to health/consumables and insurance, and many more. It is based on the individual’s preferred product that will help to determine which opportunity is best.

Generally speaking, you are able to purchase products from the company and make money doing it. How neat is it to be able to buy things that you are going to buy anyway and make money back? Think of it as frequent flyer miles that airlines offer. When was the last time that a major supermarket or store in your area actually sent you a check based on a percentage of the products that you had to buy already? Very cool concept, wouldn’t you say? In addition to purchasing your own products, you are now able to sell the products that other people are also already purchasing and using. This allows you to make a profit just like the major stores do that you have been spending your hard earned money with. There is no limit to how much you can sell or earn as it is all word of mouth selling- the best way! Think about the last time that you bought a shirt or a pair of shoes and got complimented. Most likely the person asked you where you bought the shirt or shoes and went to the same store and purchased the shirt, shoes, or even some other clothing. Did the store send you a referral check for the money the new customer spent? Can you see how this works? You put yourself in a position to be able to profit from things that you do already on a daily basis.

Finally, in Network Marketing you are able to offer the same opportunity that you have to others. Notice the word that I used- “offer.” You don’t sell people on getting in business or joining a Network Marketing opportunity, you ID-100105995simply offer it to them as a way to make money. Remember that I said Network Marketing is not for everybody? Some people that you offer the opportunity to are not in a place in their lives where they are looking to create additional income. Maybe they just got a promotion at work or are finishing up a Doctorate degree. Whatever the case may be, they just are not interested in the opportunity. So what? There are millions of other people all over the world that are looking for an opportunity to make money. You just have to sift through people to find the ones
that are serious about making more money. I like to use the example of a waiter or waitress and ketchup. You and another person are at a restaurant and just ordered a burger and fries. The waiter or waitress asks the both of you if you would like some ketchup with your burger and fries. You say no because you don’t like ketchup. Do you think the waiter or waitress takes it personal that you don’t want ketchup? No. They simply ask your friend if they want ketchup and they say yes. It is as simple as that! We all have a circle of influence that would be open to creating some additional money, you just have to ask them.

It is with sincere hope that this article has cleared up any misconceptions or given you a good frame of reference as to what Network Marketing is. It does not matter your educational level, age, or type of job or career that you have. Anyone can use Network Marketing to achieve their financial goals. All that matters for anyone considering a Network Marketing opportunity is that you have a goal in mind and that you are willing to be persistent, work hard in your own business, and can handle rejection.

My wife and I have been part of a Network Marketing business for several years and have successfully helped hundreds of people make money and achieve their financial goals. Just as in anything, there are no guarantees, and please understand that Network Marketing is not a “get rich quick scheme.” Legitimate results requires legitimate effort.

If you are building a Network Marketing business currently, congratulations! Keep at it and don’t ever give up! I wish you the best. If you are looking for a Network Marketing opportunity or just looking for a way to make money in general and would like my help, I would be honored to find out what your goals are and help you to achieve them together. Who Are You Listening To?

Watch any TV commercial or pick up any newspaper or periodical and you will be flooded with information and opinions on what you should or should not do. The question is, who do you listen to?

It is unfortunate that a large amount of people will listen to, and take advice from, people who don’t have their best interest in mind. Sometimes, it is actually from close friends and loved ones who are trying to “protect’ them from making a mistake or making a bad decision.

Having been in business for a number of years, I have witnessed potential entrepreneurs get SNIOP’d (susceptible to the negative influences of other people). They listened to somebody’s opinion about whether or not they should go into business for themselves or not.

The reality of the situation, is that these people listened to individuals who are have not obtained any type of personal or financial success. These advice givers don’t understand that in order to be in business for yourself and make money, it does require an element of risk- a calculated risk. What the potential entrepreneurs did not take into consideration was the ‘fruit on the tree’ that those people giving opinions had.

How can you expect to learn something from someone that has never done what they are giving their advice about? I have never studied or performed a brain surgery. How crazy would it be for someone to take advice or opinions from me on brain surgery? I have no clue on how to even begin a surgery let alone a brain surgery! Yet that is what so many people do when it comes to their finances and making money. They take opinions from people that are in debt, unhappy, and working in a career going nowhere.

The next time that you are going to take somebody’s opinion that is not going to encourage or support you, see where they are at in life. At your job, have you ever looked at the person who has been with the company for 10+ years and observed how happy they are, what kind of car they drive, where they live, etc? If you like their lifestyle, then continue to follow in their footsteps. If however you don’t, then understand that if you keep following their same path, you will end up where they are.

I have been fortunate to have been able to have a set of mentors that are in life where I want to be. They have given me and my family the ability to have someone to model and follow a script for success. These individuals have been able to put up the warning signs of life and enable us to sidestep any potential potholes that would be around the bend.

How about you? Do you have anybody encouraging you to do more with your life? Do you have somebody who has a vested interest in your success? Do you have anybody that you can listen to in order to help your chances of being successful?

I have helped hundreds of individuals create extra income and secure their financial stability while maintaining their current occupation. I do not claim to be any type of expert, but i’m just a guy who has great mentorship and has figured out a few things for himself. I am willing to help others do the same.

If you are ambitious, ready for a change, and looking to secure your financial future, click here  to get more information. See you on the other side!!

The biggest investment ever- yourself

Go to school, get good grades and then get a good job. That is what you have most likely heard all of your life. But is that the only way to invest in yourself-through school?

The answer is no. People invest in lots of different material things such as cars, homes, electronics, etc. However the average person does not invest in the most important thing; themselves.

There are several ways to invest in yourself: You can invest in time, books, audios, conferences, and other materials. Take for instance time and books. Does it really take a lot of time to turn off the television for a half hour and read a good book that will help you to communicate better with people enabling you to grow in your career or business?  Of course not. It is just a decision.

By simply reading for a half an hour per day, you will automatically put your self in the 20% versus the 80%. Most people don’t even read a book after they finish school let alone one that can help them.

Attend a conference on subjects that interest you or that you would like to improve on. Learn from proven leaders in your field and find out what you can do to duplicate their success.

If you want to get ahead in life, it will take effort and an investment in yourself. Make the decision to begin an investment portfolio on yourself. It will payoff more than you can imagine.

Here’s to your success!
